This is a unique role in which you will work with external company partners and internal teams to develop psychometric assessments, formulate testable hypotheses and design research studies to identify measurable constructs around workplace performance.

 

You will be using both your knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data reporting and your expertise in organisational psychology, behavioural science, psychometric theory and statistics to develop new products and methods. By interpreting your analysis, you will provide meaningful insights with practical applications for the business and its clients. 

 

Ideally, your skills and experience will include

• Master's degree in I/O Psychology, Psychometrics, People Analytics, Behavioural Science, or related field

• Excellent knowledge of SPSS, R, and other statistical software packages

• Proven research skills and ability to produce technical documentation

• Excellent understanding of psychometric literature and related statistical methodologies

 

Any of the following would be beneficial

• Understanding of Item Response Theory

• Understanding of a broad range of data analysis paradigms

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and test the data pipelines that power the data science and analytics solutions

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality and scalable products

  • Interpret and analyse data from various source systems to support data integration and data reporting needs

Skills required:

  • Extensive experience with test automation tools, e.g. Appium, Calabash, XCUITest
